We offer an initial free-of-charge call to explore how therapy or coaching can help you currently, answer any questions you might have and explore how I can best support you.
At the beginning of our work together, I will ask you further questions to better understand your current difficulties and what you are hoping to get from the treatment. Following this, we will put together a plan based on your goals and areas you wish to work on.
The length of the therapy varies for each individual, depending on what they wish to address. However, for most difficulties, therapy can be effective in 6 to 20 sessions.
Meet Alex
Alex has more than 10 years of experience in mental health and over 5 years working with cognitive behavioural interventions (CBT) for NHS services across England.
She has completed elite CBT training at King’s College London, internationally ranked among the top institutions for psychological sciences and worked at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT), an internationally respected NHS centre pioneering evidence-based treatment for anxiety and trauma disorders.
Alex offers a warm and compassionate space to help others overcome their difficulties and build resilience through practical tools rooted in CBT that will create meaningful and lasting change.
